Registration

Customers who have just purchased one of our products are invited to register their product with us. This can be done by opening and printing the PDF version of the registation form, and mailing it to us. You must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to be able to open this file. You can obtain it by clicking on the Adobe icon below. If you prefer, you can open the MS Word version of the registration form, fill it in using Word, print it and mail it to us.

Evaluation

Customers who own one of our products are invited to fill out and submit an evaluation form. This can be done by opening and printing a PDF version of the evaluation form, and mailing it to us. You must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to be able to open this file. You can obtain it by clicking on the Adobe icon below. If you prefer, you can open the MS Word version of the evaluation form, fill it in using Word, print it and mail it to us.
